Returns & Exchanges

John Elliott accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of the original delivery date. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your box.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
